When you use OrganisedPlans, we collect:

Account information: email address, display name, and language preferences
Learning data: lesson progress, flashcard reviews, conversation history, and test results
Usage data: session duration, features used, and learning streaks

2. How We Use Your Data

To provide and personalize your learning experience
To track your progress and adapt lesson difficulty
To improve our AI tutor with anonymized conversation data
To send account-related notifications (if enabled)

3. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (hosted in EU). We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data. Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with encrypted sessions.

4. Third-Party Services

Supabase: database and authentication
OpenAI / Anthropic: AI-powered language tutoring (conversation content is sent to generate responses)
Browser Speech Synthesis: text-to-speech for pronunciation (processed locally, no data sent)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you
Request correction of inaccurate data
Delete your account and all associated data (available in Settings)
Export your learning data

6. Cookies & Local Storage

We use browser cookies for authentication sessions and localStorage for caching preferences (notification settings, flashcard progress). No third-party tracking cookies are used.
